ECR is immigration check required... means the ECR is required at the
time of flight to other country.... if u have passed MATRICULATION then
you are eligible for NON-ECR.... and if you have passed your age above
50 years and you are attach your BIRTH Certificate then you are eligible
for NON-ECR category.
